Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle inbound customer calls, address their issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
