Are you a passionate recruiter with expertise in non-IT hiring—especially for sales and field roles? We’re hiring HR Recruiters to join our dynamic teams at Italent Bizgrow Technology.

🔑 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

▪ End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, particularly in sales and field hiring

▪ Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top talent

▪ Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

▪ Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and manage the entire interview process

▪ Drive offer negotiations and onboarding processes smoothly

▪ Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily reports

▪ Achieve monthly hiring targets within deadlines

▪ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

▪ Master’s Degree in HR or a related field

▪ 1–4 years of strong experience in non-IT recruitment.

▪ Proficiency with job portals, social media, and recruitment tools

▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills

▪ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously

💡 Bonus if You Have:

▪ Experience in volume or field hiring

▪ Worked with recruitment consultancies or staffing firms

▪ Hands-on with ATS and recruitment CRMs
