Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conducting initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients will be part of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from posting jobs to negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker, as well as follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and next steps.
