You are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various industries at Fly2Infinity Consultancy. Your main tasks will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. It is essential to possess excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking. - Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and oversee the onboarding process. - Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Required Qualifications: - Previous experience in recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
