HR RECRUITER

Position: HR Recruiter cum Executive
Location: Indore
Company: Taskup Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter cum Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong candidate and client relationships, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a minimum of 10 walk-in interviews per day for assigned profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Handle HR operations such as leave management, office coordination, and employee support.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day office activities efficiently.
