Position Overview

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment consulting.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resource management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 3 years

  of experience in recruitment or human resource management.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
