Maintain a proactive approach to talent acquisition by monitoring industry trends and identifying potential talent pools. Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
