HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
• Maintain a proactive approach to talent acquisition by monitoring industry trends and identifying potential talent pools.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 5 years

  of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
