Role: HR RECRUITER

LOCATION : Ahmedabad,GUJURAT

EXPERIENCE-6 MONTHS TO 5YEARS

Typical ResponsibilitiesWhile specific job descriptions vary, an HR Recruiter at Our firm like would likely be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition: Identifying, attracting, and screening qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Process Management: Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
Strategy: Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Common qualifications for an HR recruiter role generally include:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.
