Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to handle the full-cycle recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring across various roles, and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring needs and job requirements across departments. Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels. Conduct telephonic or video screenings and coordinate interviews. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases in Excel. Prepare and analyze recruitment reports using Excel functions (e.g., filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with department heads for feedback and final selection. Assist with onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
