Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring teams. Conduct reference checks and assist in offer negotiations. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain recruitment data and reports Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. 6 months 2 years of recruiting (IT & Non-IT) experience.
