Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6 months 2 years of recruiting (IT & Non-IT) experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
