Are you a driven HR professional with a passion for technology recruitment?
We are looking for an HR – IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
-Source candidates using job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to the HR team.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions effectively.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and IT market dynamics is a plus.
