Job Title: Business Development Executive – Manpower Services
Location : H 63, Block H, Bali Nagar, Delhi, 110015
Experience : 1 to 3 years relevant experience
Salary: As per market + Incentives
Working Days / Timing: 5 days / 10am to 6pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base for manpower and staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, recruitment services, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and HR outsourcing
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Pitch manpower services to potential clients across industries
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
prepare weekly sales reports
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience in B2B sales or staffing services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client needs
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in staffing)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
