HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT) Location: Sector -2 Noida. Job Type: Full Time Department: Human Resources Job Description: We are looking for an motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT profiles. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment process for non-IT profiles. Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conducting initial screenings and interviews. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system. Collaborating with other HR team members to fulfill recruitment needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, particularly in non-IT recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, etc.) Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role. Working Days- 6 ( Monday to Saturday) Timing - 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
