- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across the organization.
- Partner closely with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
- Craft compelling and inclusive job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract the right talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiate compensation, and ensure a smooth on boarding experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards to track hiring performance and timelines.
- Champion a positive candidate experience that aligns with our values of integrity, transparency, and excellence.
Stay informed about industry trends, talent market shifts, and best practices in recruitmentespecially within the education and consultancy sectors
- 6Months-2years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education, consultancy, or service sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for finding the right fit.
