1. Sourcing and analysing open positions.
2. Screening, shortlisting and taking preliminary interviews.
3. Forwarding the shortlisted profiles to concerned heads for review and feedback.
4. Arranging final interviews and getting feedback.
5. Conducting and documenting reference and background checks.
6. Salary negotiation
7. Follow up with candidate’s till joining.
8. Continuous effort on building up talent pool and database tapping passive candidates.
9. Attend job fairs and recruitment events, as and when required.
10. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
11. Providing recruitment reports.
12. Headhunting and networking with healthcare professionals.
13. Ensure recruitments as per the manpower planning and budgeting.
14. Ensure to close the positions with a fixed Turnaround time according to positions which is agreed and documented with the HOD
15.Carry any task or any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
