HR Recruiter

Main Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. 2. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and the company website. 3. Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. 4. Interviews: Conduct interviews with candidates, either in-person or virtually. 5. Candidate Selection: Present top candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the selection process. 6. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and reputation to attract top talent. 2. Relationship Building: Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. 3. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 5. Communication: Communicate recruitment updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Skills Required: 1. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2.
