We are looking for a motivated HR Associate with strong Talent Acquisition skills to join our team in Gurgaon. This role offers high ownership, fast learning, and growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
Conduct screening, coordination, and interview scheduling.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Achieve a minimum of 4+ closures per month.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
Excellent English communication and strong listening skills.
Proven ability to hire across compensation ranges from ₹1 LPA to ₹25 LPA.
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing and productivity (preferred).
Immediate joiners or candidates with a 1-week notice preferred.
