HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates to fill required positions. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates, performing background check and conducting smooth on boarding of new hires. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

· Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and requirements for those jobs.

· Performing background and reference checks.

· Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

· Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process

· Conduct smooth orientation process of new hires.

· Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated

· Write and post job descriptions on specialist job boards, social media and any other relevant channels

· Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles

· Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on application process.

Recruiter Requirements:

· Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for vacant roles

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must have hand of experience of MS- Office
