Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experienced in end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing companies

1. Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess suitability.

2. Interview Coordination

Schedule technical and HR interviews with functional heads.
Follow up with interviewers for feedback and maintain interview trackers.
Organize walk-in drives for bulk hiring when required.

3. Selection & Offer Management

Support salary negotiations as per internal guidelines.
Prepare CTC breakups and get internal approvals for offer rollout.
Share offer letters and ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Pre-Joining & Onboarding Support

Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
Collect pre-joining documents and coordinate onboarding formalities.
Assist with induction and joining day activities.

5. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
Report status of open positions, pending interviews, and pipeline updates.
Track hiring TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
