Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Hiring) – Work From Office
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Freshers are not eligible)
Preference: Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience
Work Mode: Office-based, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the entire hiring cycle.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple positions.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Meet daily/weekly targets for sourcing and closures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
Consultancy / agency recruitment experience preferred.
Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must have a laptop, stable internet, and a professional workspace.
