Designation: HR Recruiter Experience: 1-5 yrs in Bulk hiring (Bpo) Salary: as per industry standard. Role & responsibilities Sourcing candidates from various job boards & tele calling them for scheduling Interviews Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants/ colleges for placement. Screening candidates, scheduling Interviews, Offer Negotiations Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre on boardings Centralized Employee Data Management Handling Payroll and compliance basics Employee Grievance Handling basics Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs Target oriented & completion of manpower requirements within timelines Good communication in English, Tamil & any one of Malayalam, Kannada or Hindi Languages Immediate Joiners preferred Graduates & Experienced in HR Interested candidate can call Kamolika-8336067060 or share cv to Komolika.RoyChoudhury@imarque.co.in.
