Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Remote (100% Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as per mutual agreement)
Reporting To: Recruitment Lead / Partner

Role Objective

We are seeking a dedicated and career-oriented HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a career in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles across diverse industries and roles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and status dashboards.
• Communicate professionally via email and calls to ensure smooth hiring cycles.
• Support documentation and onboarding processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and disciplined approach.
• Must own a laptop and have a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates with a genuine interest in HR careers.
• Prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage.
• Candidates from non-HR backgrounds will not be considered.

Work Mode & Timings

• Fully remote; flexible hours based on client requirements.
• Availability during standard business hours is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,383.84 - ₹15,000.00 per month
