Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Remote (100% Work from Home) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as per mutual agreement) Reporting To: Recruitment Lead / Partner Role Objective We are seeking a dedicated and career-oriented HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a career in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidate profiles across diverse industries and roles. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and status dashboards. Communicate professionally via email and calls to ensure smooth hiring cycles. Support documentation and onboarding processes as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline (mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently with a structured and disciplined approach. Must own a laptop and have a stable Wi-Fi connection . Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates with a genuine interest in HR careers. Prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage. Candidates from non-HR backgrounds will not be considered . Only serious applicants who are committed to long-term growth should apply. Work Mode & Timings Fully remote; flexible hours based on client requirements. Availability during standard business hours is preferred.
