Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee comprehensive HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, HR generalist functions, and a deep understanding of HR policies and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports. HR Operations & Generalist Functions: Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
