Core Responsibilities Identifying Hiring Needs Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce requirements. Forecast future hiring needs based on business growth and turnover. Creating Job Descriptions Draft clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role. Ensure alignment with company goals and legal standards. Sourcing Candidates Use job boards, social media , employee referrals, and recruitment direct. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs. Screening and ShortlistingReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess suitability. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Provide candidates with necessary information and support throughout the process. Candidate Assessment Administer assessments or tests as required. Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Offer Management Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Ensure all documentation and background checks are completed. Onboarding Support Facilitate smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and relevant departments. Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
