HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at First School Preschool, your role is crucial in building a strong workforce to support the vision of quality education at our theme-based preschool. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying staffing needs, and maintaining a talent pipeline through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. - Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for teaching and non-teaching roles. - Build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, and networking. - Conduct reference checks, background verification, and ensure compliance with school policies. - Collaborate with management to understand workforce requirements. - Organize HR drives, teacher recruitment campaigns, and walk-in interviews. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the education/preschool sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media hiring. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, child-focused educational environment.
