Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Center Head to lead our preschool operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preschool management, staff supervision, parent interaction, and enrollment growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool.
• Lead a team of teachers and support staff to ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning.
• Ensure the implementation of the theme-based curriculum and learning programs.
• Maintain high levels of student engagement, safety, and parent satisfaction.
• Drive admissions and meet enrolment targets through local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor staff performance, training, and motivation.
• Handle parent interactions, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per preschool guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team, and manage school operations efficiently.
• Experience in admissions, budgeting, and event planning is a plus.

Preferred Skills
