The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable handling multiple positions across industries. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Understand client requirements and create job postings accordingly. Source candidates through portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media. Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidates’ suitability. Coordinate with clients for interview schedules and feedback. Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports. Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients. Achieve hiring targets within deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred). 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred). Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred). Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
