Position: HR Recruiter
Industry: Hospitality

Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and on boarding new hires.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions including Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping, Service Crew, Supervisors, and Support Staff
• Understand manpower requirements from operations and plan timely hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local hiring drives
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with department heads
• Ensure bulk hiring and mass recruitment as per business requirements
• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and background verification
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and candidate databases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring
• Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate joining
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Support HR operations when required
