1. Architectural Design Leadership Lead the planning, conceptualization, and development of architectural designs across projects. Review and approve drawings, layouts, and 3D designs to ensure alignment with company standards. 2. Design Coordination Coordinate with internal departments (construction, MEP, project planning, sales) & external design consultants to integrate design with execution needs. Ensure technical feasibility and practical implementation of designs on-site. 3. Compliance & Approvals Ensure all architectural work complies with statutory codes, local by-laws & building regulations. Liaise with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and clearances (e.g., RERA, environment, fire). 4. Innovation & Value Engineering Introduce sustainable and cost-effective design solutions. Conduct value engineering to reduce construction costs without compromising design quality. 5. Team & Consultant Management Lead a team of architects and junior designers; assign tasks and review performance. Manage external consultants and ensure quality and timely delivery of design services. 6. Project Monitoring Monitor project timelines and ensure all design milestones are met. Provide design-related inputs throughout the project lifecycle (pre-construction to handover). 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of design documents, drawings, and revisions. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project design status and challenges
