Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with around 1 year of experience to support our hiring process. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and assist in creating job postings

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic screenings

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in non-IT recruitment 

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
