Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be confident in sourcing, calling, screening, and closing positions using both free and paid job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Create and update Job Descriptions

• Source candidates using free & paid portals

• Hands-on experience with Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed and other Job portals

• Conduct telephonic screening & shortlisting

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Collect candidate documents and coordinate joining formalities

• Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

• Meet weekly hiring targets related to calls and interviews

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in End-to-End Recruitment (mandatory)

• Freshers need not apply

• Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring

• Strong communication, screening, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
