Job Description

An HR recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs, attracting candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to fill open positions within an organization. Key duties involve collaborating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, managing the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Job posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create detailed job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing: Use various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and job fairs to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate management: Maintain a database of applicants, keep candidates informed throughout the process, and manage the candidate experience.
  • Hiring and onboarding: Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Reporting and compliance: Stay up-to-date on hiring trends and best practices, and monitor key HR metrics like time-to-fill.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Previous recruiting experience is beneficial.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
