Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. You will be responsible for developing and posting job descriptions on various platforms, sourcing candidates through online channels and recruitment agencies, and screening resumes to identify suitable candidates. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in conducting initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate qualifications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and company channels. - Source candidates through online platforms, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate qualifications. - Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Provide regular updates to hiring teams and ensure a smooth interview and selection process. - Assist in negotiating offers and preparing employment contracts. - Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role. - Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage. The company is located in Mumbai and the job is full-time with a day shift schedule. As an HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience preferred, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies while contributing to the employer branding initiatives and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.,
