Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, career pages).
Source candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Communicate regularly with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.
Stay updated on employment laws, hiring trends, and best practices in recruitment.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1 to 2+ years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
