Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:

    Actively research and identify potential new clients who could benefit from our HR solutions (payroll services, contract staffing, payroll management, etc.).
  • Client Outreach:

    Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media to schedule meetings and present our services.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:

    Conduct professional and persuasive presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our HR solutions. Create and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of clients to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Business Management in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B or Corporate sales or business development role in any industry, with a strong preference for experience as a recruiter in a recruitment company.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation and a competitive spirit.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

  • 15,000 - 18,000 per month (fixed, with the potential for performance-based incentives and commissions).

  • Primarily office-based, with hybrid work options available.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during campaign launches or major events.
