Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer negotiation. Job Postings & Sourcing: Write clear, attractive job descriptions and post openings on job boards, social media, and internal channels. Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.). Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and company culture, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process. Database Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring protocols. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular recruitment status updates to HR leadership, identify areas for improvement, and suggest innovative sourcing strategies. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or agency setting) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques. Familiarity with ATS ( ZOHO Recruit) and HRMS tools. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers..
