Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews. The HR Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, maintain a talent pipeline, and manage the offer process. Additional responsibilities include conducting background checks and onboarding new employees.

• Recruitment skills: Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Human Resources knowledge: Familiarity with HR procedures and various employment laws
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication aptitude
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
• Experience in the digital marketing or tech sector is an advantage
