Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing exemplary customer service, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires proactive communication to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
