About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced female HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our fast-growing IT company. You’ll be working directly with the leadership team to build strong teams, streamline HR processes, and maintain a positive, professional culture. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs Oversee HR policies, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination Handle training & performance tracking with department heads Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies RequirementsFemale candidate only Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT or Tech startups) Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software Smart, disciplined, and people-oriented personality Compensation & Benefits💼 Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives 📅 6-day working (Mon–Sat) 🚀 Career growth opportunities in a tech-driven environment
