Role Overview:

HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
