Role Overview:

HR Recruiter


Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
