Role and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Placement:
Identify suitable candidates for training and ensure their successful placement after program completion.
Campus Drives and Field Work:
Conduct campus recruitment drives, engage with local communities, and mobilize students for our training programs.
Coordination:
Coordinate with the core team to manage the interview and selection process.
Daily Operations and Reporting:
Screen and call prospective candidates daily, and prepare and submit daily reports.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with institutions, clients, and senior team members.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Experience:
Prior experience in recruitment, especially within a training organization with a focus on campus recruitment, is highly valued.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with candidates, institutions, and clients.
Community Engagement:
Strong ability to connect with and mobilize students within various communities.
Computer Proficiency:
Must be proficient in
