Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary Range : 8k-12k

Location: Noida , Sector 132

Job Summary: The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The recruiter will work to fill positions promptly while maintaining a strong talent pipeline and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other methods. Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for open positions. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and the company's website. Ensure all job descriptions are clear, accurate, and engaging.
  • Interview Process: Coordinate and conduct interviews, whether in-person, over the phone, or via video conference. Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries, benefits, and other terms with successful candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies, including social media and networking events.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in using Recruitment Software and tolls
  • Knowledge of specific industry recruitment trends.

Additional information:

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM- 6:30PM
  • Reporting to HR Manager/Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
