We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Portway Solutions India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews. Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications to match job requirements. Coordinate and maintain strong communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices. Experience in tech hiring will be an add on advantage. Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 2 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize recruitment tasks effectively. Proficiency in using job portals, applicant tracking systems, and social media for recruitment. Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
