This role will create impactful content for digital channels, manage our social media presence, and support marketing campaigns that strengthen our position in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing:- Create compelling, well-structured content for blogs, articles, website pages, and marketing materials.- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to different audiences, especially in the logistics, global trade, and technology sectors.- Conduct research on industry trends and integrate findings into high-value content pieces.- Proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.Social Media Management:- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram.- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community.- Work with the marketing team to create social media campaigns aligned with business goals.- Track analytics and prepare reports to optimize performance.Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align messaging with business objectives.- Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals to accompany content.- Support in creating presentations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, Email writing and social media management in SaaS product company or in IT product company.- Experience in IT product launch to scale will added advantage- Excellent command of written and spoken English.- Strong understanding of social media best practices and emerging trends.- Ability to research complex topics and present them in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.- Basic familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization.- Proficiency with tools like zoho, outreached, Canva, Google Workspace/ Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.Preferred Experience- Exposure to logistics, global trade, technology, or related industries.- Experience writing for a B2B audience.- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and analytics.What We Offer- Competitive salary package.- A dynamic, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for skill development.- The chance to work with a global team impacting international trade.
