Roles and Responsibilities 1. Team Management & Coordination Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion. Assign tasks to junior designers based on project priorities and review their work regularly. Conduct daily check-ins with the team to track progress and provide feedback for improvement. 2. Print & Branding Expertise Develop high-quality designs for print media, including brochures, hoardings, packaging, banners, standees, and other marketing collateral. Ensure all print designs meet industry standards in terms of resolution, color accuracy, and print specifications. Collaborate with printers to finalize artworks and troubleshoot any printing-related issues. 3. Client Interaction & Project Execution Take detailed briefs from clients, understanding their branding requirements and expectations. Communicate client briefs effectively to the design team and oversee project execution. Ensure design solutions align with brand guidelines and client objectives. 4. Cross-Team Coordination Work closely with the video, digital marketing, accounts, and marketing teams to maintain design consistency across different platforms. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create visually compelling creatives for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure seamless production and delivery of printed materials. 5. Quality Control & Deadline Management Review all design work before submission to maintain high quality and adherence to brand identity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence. Ensure designs are innovative, visually appealing, and aligned with industry trends.
