Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Coordinate interviews (online/offline) and follow up with candidates.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and background checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of proven experience in recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
