GP Supply Chain is a pan-India logistics company with 60+ branches across the country. We specialize in air cargo transportation and manage logistics operations for leading MNC customers across India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team. This role provides direct exposure to top management discussions, decision-making processes, and day-to-day business operations, while supporting coordination and execution across teams.

This is a learning-intensive role designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership and managerial responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Directors on daily priorities, follow-ups, and execution support

• Coordinate with internal teams across departments to track action items and deadlines

• Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and basic data analysis (Excel-based)

• Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and meeting notes

• Draft professional emails, internal communications, and documentation

• Support management reviews, strategy discussions, and operational meetings

• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Requirements

• MBA fresher OR graduate with strong communication skills

• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with senior leaders and junior executives

• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and email tools

• Ability to work with diverse teams and personalities

• Trustworthy, loyal, and mature in handling confidential matters

Work Details

• Work Location: Jakkur, Yelahanka, Bangalore.

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
